Bacon, Egg and Toast (Carbonara)

Toasted flour pasta dough finds a rightful home, wrapped in egg and seasoned with pancetta and black pepper.

It's carbonara, it's an English breakfast, it's a collaboration between one countries technique and the others familiar flavours and it works. Now if i could just find a way of incorporating the baked beans, mushrooms and brown sauce into the mix. 

Second thoughts i may well be ejected from Italy, best not.
